National Evaluator and Scout, Keil Moore was in the Philadelphia Area, covering The Philly Face Off 2016. The event was a huge draw for teams all over the country, looking to get “July” competition in the middle of May.The 5th year Event, hosted by Ryan Garner and host club, The Philly Freedom Stars, did not disappoint.

The lure of Elite Competition and Playoff atmosphere was incentive enough to bring Programs like The United Conquerors and Bay State Jaguars down to the Philadelphia Area, from Boston as well as teams like Cap City Ballerz and CrossOver Hoops from the Richmond Virginia Area. There was also no shortage of Philly Area, DMV or New York City top notch teams, on deck.
